Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES

You have 15 days from the date of shipment of the order to request the exchange of an item purchased from the Zaprie online store.

Zaprie does not cover the shipping costs associated with exchanges of size or model. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To make the exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Indicate the order number

  2. Indicate the name associated with the order

  3. Specify the size/item to exchange

  4. Attach the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  5. Send the order to:

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you also have 15 days from the date of order shipment. The items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with all tags intact.

To initiate the return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@zaprie.pt with:

    • Order number

    • Name associated with the order

    • Name of the item to be returned

    • Proof of purchase

  2. Send the item to:

Specific Return Conditions

Returns due to defect or non-compliance:

If you received a defective item, Zaprie takes responsibility for collecting the product at the specified address, provided it is in the country of purchase. After receiving and validating the defect, the refund will be processed according to the method agreed upon with the customer.

Customer-initiated returns:

For returns initiated by the customer (without defect), the return costs are borne by the customer. No refund will be made for the shipping costs initially paid.


Refunds

After receiving and analyzing the returned item(s), and if they are in compliance, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
