Shipping Policy
Zaprie ships the ordered products from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM, except on national holidays.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to track the status of the delivery.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the order:

Mainland Portugal: 48 to 72 business hours

Islands (Madeira and Azores): 5 to 10 business days

Europe: 10 to 15 business days

Rest of the world: 15 to 25 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high order volume, such as sales, promotional campaigns, or festive seasons.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination of the order.
Orders valued at 80 euros or more benefit from free shipping.
Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided address is correct and complete.
Zaprie is not responsible for undelivered shipments due to errors in the address or the absence of the recipient.
In case of return of the order for these reasons, the reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Delivery is considered complete with the signature on the delivery receipt at the indicated address.
Delays or problems in delivery
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, you should contact us via email info@zaprie.pt, indicating the order number.
Our team will contact the carrier and will make every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
