Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Zaprie products, including registration, through the website https://zaprie.pt.
1.2. The website is managed by the company Zaprie Unip. Lda, NIPC 518660095, headquartered at Rua Comendador João Pereira de Magalhães, nº 1340, Pavilhão 9, Centro Empresarial S. Domingos, 4815-400 Vizela.
1.3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is understood as:
a) Zaprie – the products marketed through the website;
b) User – any individual, non-trader, who places an order on the website.
1.4. The use of the website and the purchase of products imply knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

2. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

2.1. The User may place an order with or without prior registration, with registration done through the form available on the website.
2.2. By accessing their account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. ZAPRIE PRODUCTS

3.1. The website is intended for all users who wish to purchase Zaprie products, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2. The characteristics of the products are available on their respective pages of the website.
3.3. Zaprie reserves the right to change, at any time, the information, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented.

4. ORDERS

4.1. To order, the User must have an email account and have the browser configured to accept cookies and pop-ups.
4.1.1. The purchase is made through the following steps:
a) Select the desired products;
b) Add to the “Shopping Cart”;
c) Enter personal data (address, contact, VAT number, etc.);
d) Confirm and submit the order.
4.2. The User will receive a confirmation email with the payment details.
4.3. The order will be delivered to the indicated address, with an invoice included.
4.4. By placing the order, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4.5. Zaprie reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
a) Product unavailable;
b) Payment not made or not confirmed;
c) Incorrect billing information;
d) Pricing error;
e) Inability to deliver to the specified address.
4.6. Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and other charges in the destination country, at the recipient's expense.

5. PRICES

5.1. All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.
5.2. Prices are in euros (€) and may vary depending on the delivery country.
5.3. Zaprie may change prices without prior notice.
5.4. In case of a pricing error, the order can be canceled up to the moment of shipping.
5.5. The total amount indicated at checkout includes VAT and applicable shipping costs.
5.6. The User must pay only the amount indicated in the order confirmation.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1. Payments can be made via MB Way, Credit Card, or Multibanco Reference. It is also possible to pay upon collection of the order at the showroom.
6.2. Other payment methods are not accepted and, if used, Zaprie is not responsible for any losses or damages.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

7.1. Shipments to mainland Portugal have a fixed cost of €5.50.
7.2. Orders outside of Europe will have shipping costs and any customs charges borne by the customer.

8. DELIVERY

8.1. Deliveries are made on business days, between 9 AM and 6 PM.
8.2. The carrier does not schedule the delivery; someone must be at the indicated address.
8.3. The delivery time in Portugal is 2 to 10 business days, except for stock shortages or special periods.
8.4. In case of unavailability, a refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.
8.5. If the carrier cannot deliver, a new date will be scheduled.
8.6. If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us with photos. We will resend at no cost or issue a refund.
8.7. Orders not received within 90 days will not be refunded.
8.8. Delivery is considered completed with the signature of the receipt.

9. RIGHT OF FREE CANCELLATION

9.1. The User can cancel the contract up to 14 days after receipt, provided that:
a) The item(s) must not have been used;
b) Be intact and with tags;
c) Include all shipping material.
9.2. The order must be sent to info@zaprie.pt.
9.3. Return costs are borne by the customer.
9.4. After receipt and verification, the refund will be made within 15 days.
9.5. Used items will not be refunded.
9.6. In non-defective returns, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
9.7. International orders: contact via email.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

10.3. If the order has already been shipped, the right of free resolution applies.
10.4. Direct exchanges are not made. A voucher will be issued.
10.5. Defective products: the customer may request a replacement or cancellation with a refund.
10.6. The defect must be reported with photos to info@zaprie.pt.
10.7. Zaprie will contact you to resolve the issue.
10.8. The costs in these cases are always borne by Zaprie.

11. QUALITY

Zaprie does not sell second-hand or defective products.
The colors of the products may vary depending on the monitor used.

12. COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be sent to info@zaprie.pt. The response will be given within a period of up to 5 business days.

13. WARRANTY

Zaprie products benefit from the compliance warranty provided for in applicable legislation.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zaprie does not guarantee the continuous operation of the website and is not responsible for technical failures or those of third parties.
Is not responsible for misuse of the User's credentials.

15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Zaprie may change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the website.

17. PROOF AND ARCHIVING

The records kept by Zaprie in a secure environment serve as proof of communications, orders, and payments.
